About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Architect, design, and implement highly available, scalable, and resilient AWS solutions using Serverless Frameworks, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, SNS, SQS, and CloudFront.
Leverage modern AI tools and services to develop, validate, and implement Proofs of Concept that drive client innovation and operational efficiency.
Lead migration and modernization initiatives, transforming legacy workloads to cloud-native architectures.
Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines, implement automation scripts, and champion DevOps best practices.
Design containerized applications and manage orchestration using EKS and ECS.
Embed cloud security best practices across architecture designs, including IAM, VPCs, security groups, and compliance standards.
Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and AWS CDK.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technical leadership and guidance throughout project lifecycles.
Work within agile teams to deliver client outcomes iteratively and incrementally.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in public cloud environments (AWS preferred)
Client-facing experience, including requirements gathering, solution advisory, and agile delivery practices
Strong expertise in AWS Serverless architectures, including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, SNS, SQS, and CloudFront
Hands-on experience with migrations and application modernization
Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, scripting languages such as Python and Bash, and automation
Practical knowledge of containers and orchestration technologies, including EKS and ECS
Solid understanding of AWS security, networking fundamentals, and cloud governance
Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation, and AWS CDK
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in consultancy settings
AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or equivalent certifications preferred
Background in application development or DevOps engineering preferred
Experience in multi-cloud environments such as Azure and GCP is a plus
Familiarity with event-driven architectures and microservices design patterns preferred
