About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide administrative support to Carbig operations;
- Control and organize the documentation required for deliveries;
- Monitor and manage fines and related follow-up;
- Attend to customers, providing information and administrative support;
- Provide support to the unit's consultants and managers;
- Execute and oversee the area's administrative routines, ensuring organization and process efficiency.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma;
- Previous experience in administrative routines and customer service;
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook);
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks;
- Proactive attitude and sense of responsibility.
