Business Partner Intern – People & Management

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support performance evaluation cycles, monitoring deadlines, stages and controls.
- Provide support for administering and consolidating profile, potential and readiness assessments.
- Assist in preparing reports and materials related to talent management.
- Support internal interviews, career conversations and employee development activities.
- Contribute to the creation and monitoring of Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Track schedules, deliverables and activities for Business Partner projects.
- Provide support to managers regarding guidelines, rules and process flows for evaluation and development processes.
- Assist in preparing presentations, communications and institutional materials for the area.
- Keep the team’s controls, databases and information up to date.
- Support other routines and demands of the Business Partner and People & Management area.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related fields.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
- Experience with behavioral assessment tools is a plus.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling information.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
