About the role

  • Gather information, map processes, identify performance indicators and opportunities for improvement;
  • Analyze, model, standardize and optimize processes based on BPM, BPMS, Lean, RPA, AI and agile methodologies, ensuring a systemic view and customer focus;
  • Identify critical processes and propose solutions for their optimization and automation;
  • Document processes in a structured manner (AS-IS and TO-BE) through documents and videos, detailing flows, rules, procedures, forms and records required to ensure effectiveness and standardization;
  • Plan and lead the implementation of processes and monitor initial operations to ensure adherence to the TO-BE model, achievement of defined objectives and change management;
  • Participate in training, validation and process checks, clarifying doubts, encouraging feedback and promoting continuous improvement;
  • Monitor and analyze processes to achieve productivity gains, eliminate waste, create customer value and drive continuous evolution;
  • Support different departments of the company in defining, reviewing and improving processes;
  • Work collaboratively with process owners and managers in diagnosing problems and defining solutions;
  • Manage projects covering stages such as initiation, planning, current-state diagnosis, definition of the future model, automation, implementation, verification, control and continuous improvement;
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and process orientation across the organization.

Requirements

  • Experience in process offices or similar areas, preferably in medium to large organizations;
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in fields related to technology or process engineering;
  • Familiarity with BPM concepts and practices, agile methodologies, Design Thinking, Lean and Six Sigma;
  • Knowledge of value measurement techniques, performance indicators (KPIs) and data analysis;
  • Experience monitoring action plans, mitigating risks and managing process improvement projects;
  • Proficiency with tools such as Bizagi, Visio, Balsamiq, MS Project, Planner, Microsoft Office, Miro, Canva or similar;
  • Experience in developing, supporting or implementing processes using BPMS, RPA and AI-based solutions;
  • Mindset oriented to continuous improvement, innovation and automation;
  • Desirable experience in medium- to high-complexity projects involving innovation and automation;
  • Specialization in Business Process Management or related areas is a plus;
  • Analytical, critical and organized profile, with good time management and results orientation;
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with the team and other departments;
