About the role

  • 🎯 What you'll do with us: **Strategy & Innovation**
  • - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and revenue
  • - Plan and execute (automated) campaigns along the full-funnel patient journey to boost online visibility and conversion rates from awareness through the end of treatment
  • - Identify new digital trends in AI, data analytics and content automation
  • - Work closely with internal and external creative, tech and marketing teams
  • **Social Media & Email Marketing**
  • - Plan, execute and optimize social media campaigns and email marketing
  • **SEO, SEA & AI Visibility**
  • - Develop and implement SEO strategies
  • - Plan, manage and optimize SEA campaigns
  • - Monitor and expand our brand presence in AI-based search tools
  • - Conduct keyword, prompt and competitor analyses to improve visibility
  • **Analysis & Performance Management**
  • - Continuously evaluate relevant KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, leads, customer journey) and prepare reports
  • - Correlate different data points and derive actionable recommendations
  • - Define data-driven measures and optimization proposals
  • **Website Management & Conversion Optimization**
  • - Independently optimize the website: structure, content, UX and loading times
  • - Set up, maintain and further develop tracking setups (GTM, GA4, Search Console)
  • - Improve user flows and drive targeted conversion optimization
  • **Digital Content & Design**
  • - Develop and design content for the website and social media in collaboration with content teams
  • - Derive content strategies from performance analyses

Requirements

  • 👤 What you should bring:
  • - A degree in marketing, communications, media management or a related field
  • - At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing (DTC or eCommerce), focused on performance, SEO/SEA and website optimization
  • - Proven success in developing and implementing marketing strategies as well as in building digital brands
  • - Experience with conversion optimization and analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • - Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM and CMS systems (especially HubSpot, React Bricks)
  • - A good sense and creative understanding for brand presentation, design and visual storytelling
  • - Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
  • - Strong analytical skills, structured, solution-oriented and a team player
  • - Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
