About the role
- 🎯 What you'll do with us: **Strategy & Innovation**
- - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and revenue
- - Plan and execute (automated) campaigns along the full-funnel patient journey to boost online visibility and conversion rates from awareness through the end of treatment
- - Identify new digital trends in AI, data analytics and content automation
- - Work closely with internal and external creative, tech and marketing teams
- **Social Media & Email Marketing**
- - Plan, execute and optimize social media campaigns and email marketing
- **SEO, SEA & AI Visibility**
- - Develop and implement SEO strategies
- - Plan, manage and optimize SEA campaigns
- - Monitor and expand our brand presence in AI-based search tools
- - Conduct keyword, prompt and competitor analyses to improve visibility
- **Analysis & Performance Management**
- - Continuously evaluate relevant KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, leads, customer journey) and prepare reports
- - Correlate different data points and derive actionable recommendations
- - Define data-driven measures and optimization proposals
- **Website Management & Conversion Optimization**
- - Independently optimize the website: structure, content, UX and loading times
- - Set up, maintain and further develop tracking setups (GTM, GA4, Search Console)
- - Improve user flows and drive targeted conversion optimization
- **Digital Content & Design**
- - Develop and design content for the website and social media in collaboration with content teams
- - Derive content strategies from performance analyses
Requirements
- 👤 What you should bring:
- - A degree in marketing, communications, media management or a related field
- - At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing (DTC or eCommerce), focused on performance, SEO/SEA and website optimization
- - Proven success in developing and implementing marketing strategies as well as in building digital brands
- - Experience with conversion optimization and analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- - Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM and CMS systems (especially HubSpot, React Bricks)
- - A good sense and creative understanding for brand presentation, design and visual storytelling
- - Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
- - Strong analytical skills, structured, solution-oriented and a team player
- - Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
