About the role
- Conduct comprehensive discovery meetings with client key stakeholders to understand expectations and success metrics
- Lead ideation and craft detailed Action Plans with prescriptive recommendations for holistic financial wellness offerings
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to finalize Action Plans and oversee program implementation and launch
- Serve as the primary point of contact post-launch and conduct periodic check-ins to assess program performance
- Utilize marketing automation tools to manage and adapt financial wellness offerings based on engagement data and client feedback
- Work closely with clients to determine data availability and leverage insights to refine and enhance programs
- Educate clients on the value and impact of holistic financial wellness and advocate for adoption of best practices
Requirements
- 4-year college degree or equivalent years of experience
- 10 years of related industry experience; retirement plans and relationship management
- Professional License/Certification required (65,6, or 7)
- Experience in strategic planning, program development, and client engagement within the financial services industry
- Strong understanding of holistic financial wellness concepts
- Ability to translate wellness concepts into actionable, client-specific strategies
- Innovative thinker with ability to identify growth opportunities
- Exceptional client service orientation and commitment to program implementation and management
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to build successful, collaborative, and trusting relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills conveying complex information clearly
