About the role
- Provide financial planning and education to retirement plan participants in group or individual sessions
- Manage and maintain various annual client projects
- Manage specific department tasks such as reporting, ongoing communications, and presentation development
- Travel to client locations and manage expenses; may travel up to 80% of time out of town, including overnight
Requirements
- 4-year college degree (preferred but not required)
- Professional License/Certification required (65,6, or 7)
- 6 years of related industry experience; retirement plans and investment vehicles
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Relationship building and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
