About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the full Enterprise sales cycle, from self-sourcing pipeline through discovery, demo, and close
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to customer pain and business outcomes
  • Lead compelling, self-run product demos tied to stakeholder needs
  • Build and maintain deep knowledge of the CaptivateIQ platform and its solutions for complex challenges
  • Collaborate with solutions engineering, product, marketing, customer success, and BDR teams to drive pipeline and deal momentum
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management with accurate forecasting and clear deal progression
  • Evolve the sales approach using customer feedback, competitive insights, and market trends
  • Contribute to the sales playbook and go-to-market strategy as the company scales
  • Drive net-new enterprise acquisition across complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Help build and scale the Enterprise team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of SaaS sales experience, including 4–5 years owning net-new Enterprise deals
  • Proven record of exceeding quota and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals in the $250K+ range
  • Experience independently leading product demos with strong technical and value articulation skills
  • Proficiency in MEDDPPICC, Challenger, or similar sales methodologies
  • Self-starter with strong bias for action, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication, discovery, and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep understanding of selling to operational and finance buyers is nice to have
  • Familiarity with compensation, planning, analytics, or adjacent SaaS categories is nice to have
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach is nice to have
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States where applicable, as CaptivateIQ participates in E-Verify
