About the role
- Respond to compensation and benefits surveys and perform benchmarking analyses against internal data, providing insights and recommendations.
- Develop automations for offer letters, approval workflows, and communications.
- Create and update compensation and benefits metrics dashboards and support other HR areas (Data Analytics point of contact).
- Draft, review, and update compensation and benefits policies and communications.
- Manage vendor processes (contract renewals, systems, interface with Procurement and Legal).
- Support global compensation and benefits programs.
- Assist employees with questions about benefits and recognition programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Strong experience in Compensation and Benefits.
- Knowledge of Power Automate, Power BI, Data Analytics, and data manipulation and analysis.
