About the role
- Keep documents and information up to date for the PSP team (Patient Support Program)
- Monitor the progress of pending consultations and PSP processes
- Ensure that adverse events, counterfeit incidents, and product complaints are properly reported
- Create and update PSP dashboards based on program indicators
Requirements
- Degree in a health-related field
- Advanced English
- Experience in client-facing or patient relationship roles, such as Patient Educator or direct patient support
- Technical skills: Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel and Power BI
