About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Grow and manage your own portfolio of Capricorn members
  • Win new business through referrals, prospecting and member engagement
  • Identify and place the right protection/insurance solutions for members
  • Drive retention through proactive renewal reviews
  • Build strong relationships with members and underwriting partners
  • Deliver outstanding service and member experiences
  • Achieve sales, retention and activity targets
  • Maintain compliant and accurate records across our systems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong sales experience in a target-driven environment
  • Proven ability to generate new business and hit revenue targets
  • Confidence working in an outbound, phone-based role
  • Experience managing a portfolio with renewal responsibility
  • Excellent time management
  • Strong relationship-building skills and establishing trust without being face-to-face
  • Commercial mindset, you understand how to grow a book of business
  • A team player who shares knowledge and celebrates success
  • Experience in insurance, preferably in account management.
  • RG146 Tier 1 (desirable)
