Client Program Manager
CapReloClient Program Manager overseeing client relocation services and maintaining client relationships for effective program execution. Leading service delivery and ensuring contract compliance and client satisfaction.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Establish and maintain strong relationships with recruiting teams and other key stakeholders
- Serve as a primary liaison between client contacts and internal program teams
- Proactively lead execution of service delivery across multiple client programs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts to support program success
- Interface with cross‑functional teams and business partners
- Act as a liaison between global operational teams, supply chain partners, and client contacts
- Monitor and communicate progress of financial strategies aligned with company goals
- Ensure the success and sustainability of contracted providers
- Maintain current knowledge of all client programs, policies, and procedures
- Recommend policy or program changes based on exceptions, operational feedback, and industry trends
- Evaluate supplier and internal service performance
- Track, recommend, and implement program improvement initiatives
- Ensure all program provisions comply with applicable regulations, tariffs, taxation, and fee requirements
- Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and timely resolution of issues
- Initiate and manage communication for international and domestic assignment preparation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in relocation, corporate housing, property management, or a related customer service–driven industry
- Experience managing multiple programs or projects and building strong client relationships aligned to business objectives
- Exposure to supplier contract review, cost management, invoicing, and profitability oversight
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and lead or mentor others
- Highly organized, adaptable, and solution‑oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard business technologies, including effective use of AI tools
