About the role

  • Oversee client and merchant onboarding (ECs) within projects, ensuring agreed SLAs are met;
  • Liaise with internal teams such as Risk, Logistics, Commercial and Operations;
  • Monitor and ensure the operation of automations (Make, Pluga and RDStation), ensuring:
  • Automatic credentialing of ECs;
  • Correct sending of activation communications (WhatsApp and email);
  • Support the definition, documentation and organization of scope, requirements and workflows;
  • Prepare reports, presentations and monitoring indicators (KPIs);
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks and opportunities for continuous improvement;
  • Develop and deliver training on the products and solutions implemented with clients;
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research on activation and solution usage, including direct client contact;
  • Create communications and campaigns for the project client base (use of AI is encouraged);
  • Create and maintain project hotsites and dashboards using AI tools;
  • Organize timelines, deadlines, deliverables and owners, ensuring alignment between Cappta and clients.

Requirements

  • Availability to travel;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple demands;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication;
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across different departments;
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation;
  • Proactive, responsible and eager to learn;
  • Familiarity with digital tools, automation and the day-to-day use of AI.
