About the role

- Produce architecture diagrams and technical design documents
- Partner with project managers and engagement leads
- Guide and review work of data engineers, analysts, and BI developers
- Contribute to internal capability building: reusable frameworks and architecture standards
- Support pre-sales activity, including solution scoping and RFP responses
- Directly manage a team including staffing, workload balancing, and performance management.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience designing and delivering end-to-end data and analytics solutions, from source systems through to reporting and consumption layers
- Hands-on experience in at least one major cloud data platform (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of data modeling approaches (dimensional modeling, data vault, or similar)
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Willingness to travel to client sites as engagements require
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
