About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through onboarding for assigned Florida markets.
  • Serve as the primary Recruiter for the Gold Coast Region, supporting hiring efforts in Cocoa Beach, Daytona Beach, and Hollywood Beach.
  • Provide recruiting support to the Orlando market as business needs require.
  • Partner with operational leadership to understand workforce planning, hiring priorities, and long-term talent acquisition strategies.
  • Develop proactive recruiting strategies to attract top talent across sales, marketing, hospitality, operations, and corporate functions.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Source qualified candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, networking, career fairs, industry outreach, and additional recruiting channels.
  • Conduct phone screens, virtual interviews, and in-person interviews while providing an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Coordinate interviews and hiring activities with operational leaders across multiple locations.
  • Develop and execute social media recruiting strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms to increase candidate engagement and brand awareness.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to strengthen Capital Vacations' employer brand by creating engaging recruiting content, showcasing company culture, highlighting employee success stories, and promoting career opportunities.
  • Represent Capital Vacations at career fairs, networking events, hiring events, industry conferences, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting activity, candidate records, and hiring metrics within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Analyze recruiting metrics, pipeline activity, and hiring trends to continuously improve recruiting performance.
  • Support new hire classes, recruiting events, special projects, and Talent Acquisition initiatives.
  • Travel up to 25% throughout the assigned territory, with occasional travel to Orlando, to support recruiting initiatives and business needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent recruiting, staffing, hospitality, sales, or Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Two or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred.
  • Experience recruiting within high-volume sales, hospitality, or customer-focused environments is highly preferred.
  • Strong sourcing skills using Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting platforms.
  • Experience developing talent pipelines and passive candidate relationships.
  • Passion for employer branding, social media recruiting, and creating innovative recruiting strategies.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative partnership skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple markets.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% throughout the assigned territory.
