About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct engaging and professional presentations for guests visiting our resort.
Guide guests through model accommodations and showcase the benefits of vacation ownership.
Build rapport, identify vacation goals, and recommend ownership solutions that fit their lifestyle.
Meet with existing owners to discuss upgrade opportunities and maximize the value of their ownership.
Partner with sales leadership to structure ownership options and financing solutions.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving individual sales goals.
Maintain a strong understanding of Capital Vacations products, programs, and offerings.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience in sales, hospitality, automotive sales, insurance, finance, retail, luxury goods, or customer service is a plus but not required.
Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and connecting with people.
Highly motivated and driven by financial success.
Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Ability to commute to our Sales Preview Center located at 141 Great Neck Road South, Mashpee, MA 02649.
