About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct engaging and professional presentations for guests visiting our resort.
- Guide guests through model accommodations and showcase the benefits of vacation ownership.
- Build rapport, identify vacation goals, and recommend ownership solutions that fit their lifestyle.
- Meet with existing owners to discuss upgrade opportunities and maximize the value of their ownership.
- Partner with sales leadership to structure ownership options and financing solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving individual sales goals.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Capital Vacations products, programs, and offerings.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in sales, hospitality, automotive sales, insurance, finance, retail, luxury goods, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and connecting with people.
- Highly motivated and driven by financial success.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Ability to commute to our Sales Preview Center located at 141 Great Neck Road South, Mashpee, MA 02649.
