About the role
- Oversee operations for markets including North/South Carolina, and Virginia
- Drive & increase tour flow by assisting with all external marketing activities
- Supervise FPS Area and Event Managers and marketing support team members
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and sales plans
- Achieve satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share
- Ensure effective control of marketing results
- Maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners
- Guide preparation of marketing activity reports and present to executive management
- Maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and make sound decisions
- Flexibility to travel extensively within the region
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and ability to learn custom marketing software.
