About the role

  • Oversee operations for markets including North/South Carolina, and Virginia
  • Drive & increase tour flow by assisting with all external marketing activities
  • Supervise FPS Area and Event Managers and marketing support team members
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and sales plans
  • Achieve satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share
  • Ensure effective control of marketing results
  • Maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners
  • Guide preparation of marketing activity reports and present to executive management
  • Maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and make sound decisions
  • Flexibility to travel extensively within the region
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and ability to learn custom marketing software.
