- Introduce guests to our 10-Year Term Product and explain its advantages
- Build a personalized vacation vision that aligns with each guest's lifestyle
- Demonstrate the long-term value of ownership within the Capital Vacations portfolio
- Uphold company standards of professionalism and customer care
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Must have or be willing to obtain a TN Timeshare License
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain a minimum 10% closing rate, measured through monthly sales performance
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
