About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles from application review to onboarding
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards (LinkedIn, Clearance Jobs), networking, and referrals
- Screen candidates for technical fit, culture alignment, and other requirements of the specific role
- Partner with hiring managers and program leaders to understand role requirements, timelines, and advise on the best hiring strategy
- Write clear, compliant job descriptions aligned with contract requirements
- Provide training, onboarding, and ongoing mentorship to junior employees
- Support proposal efforts by identifying contingent candidates
- Maintain and manage candidate pipelines in our Applicant Tracking System
- Maintain accurate recruiting metrics via our Applicant Tracking System
- Support CTG’s recruiting-focused employer branding efforts, including social media and outreach campaigns, to attract top talent.
- Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay informed about government contracting (GovCon) hiring trends, labor market shifts, and clearance-related news.
- Train and develop CTG's team of interviewers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience, with at least 1 year focused on technical or GovCon roles
- Experience using ATS platforms, job boards, and sourcing tools
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to improve and streamline recruiting processes
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, business acumen, and critical thinking
- Ability to understand and discuss security clearance requirements with candidates
- Commitment to providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
