Account Manager

• Partner with clinical account manager (CAM) and account executive (AE) to manage clients through the entire lifecycle from implementation through go-live and renewal on a designated book of business
• Support implementation as a critical member of the client management teams with all day-to-day client requirements
• Responsible for timely and accurate management and execution of all client benefit requests, including benefit changes, eligibility changes, override requests, demos and new implementations
• Analyze incoming client requests and work with internal and external teams to complete required plan documentation
• Support implementation of new plans, pricing, and networks, consistent with strategic or administrative intent
• Lead pre- and post-implementation quality assurance and testing to validate coding accuracy
• Lead claim reviews to proactively identify discrepancies or inaccuracies and develop solutions to address
• Travel requirements not to exceed 25%
• Handle and resolve sponsor and member issues, escalating as needed
• Research and respond to claims processing and system configuration inquiries
• Coordinate integration of other data inputs into client management processes
• Collaborate cross functionally to support general client operations, as required
• Responsible for relationship management and contribution to successful NPS and Account Management Survey results, along with retention support

Account Manager, PBM

Scrum Master

• Facilitate Scrum events and coach teams to self-organize and continuously improve.
• Design and lead retrospectives tailored to team needs.
• Conduct quarterly team health checks and maturity assessments.
• Guide teams in applying lean and agile principles to improve delivery.
• Foster collaboration between Scrum Teams and stakeholders.

Account Executive

• Provide oversight of commercial clients within the health system, employer, labor/union and public verticals for large/jumbo accounts (approximately >15,000+ lives, subject to fluctuate due to the needs of the business)
• Serve as the relationship liaison on assigned book of business, incorporating internal support where and when needed to the foster relationship with influencers and decision makers at the plan
• Develop relationship strategy plans, with support of clinical account manager and account manager
• Lead strategic reviews (e.g. QBRs), prioritize initiatives and maintain momentum across sales and implementation cycles.
• Support member and client satisfaction execution and net promoter score goals
• Provide deep and approachable trend management recommendations with support of reporting
• Maintain thorough knowledge of contractual obligations assigned book of business, including financials, performance guarantees, terms, and regulatory/compliance
• Lead client renewal process, including contract management
• Lead ownership of performance guarantee reporting and maintenance
• Lead regulatory and compliance components
• Interpret current pharmacy and healthcare trends, and meet with clients to provide proactive recommendations for plan management; find ways of adding value to the client curating offerings tailored to the client’s specific needs
• Identify and contribute to process improvement efforts across Capital Rx
• Assemble internal resources to overcome challenges
• Anticipate customer needs and proactively identify new opportunities within assigned accounts
• Comprehensive knowledge of our business, including products and services. Strong ability to field questions from the client side, answer them and answer them correctly
• Review and advise on JUDI product roadmap to ensure current priorities and milestones will meet the client expectation

Account Executive, Health Systems

• Establish and develop relationships with key client decision-makers, understand their healthcare strategy and goals, determine how Capital Rx can best help them achieve their desired results
• Provide oversight of client account management team with a focus on member and client satisfaction, trend management, and client retention
• Partner with account team members to provide best-in-class member and client service
• Support member issue resolution at client-level

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing pragmatic and data-informed guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and people-related risks and opportunities.
• Translate business objectives into clear, executable people plans in partnership with HR Centers of Excellence.
• Embed people considerations into business planning discussions, including growth, restructuring, and operating model changes.

Senior Director, HR Business Partner

Analyst

• Be a key part of the Capital Rx Privacy Office and work closely with the Legal, Compliance, Information Technology Security & Compliance (ITSC), and AI Development teams.
• Identify potential gaps, analyze processes and controls, and implement improvements, including software/technology solutions, to help ensure compliance with regulations and best practices while emphasizing opportunities for greater efficiency and automation.
• Develop new, and enhance existing, privacy policies, procedures, and training.
• Keep current with privacy legislation/regulations and industry trends; analyze and report requirements and impacts on privacy programs, privacy notices, product and service offerings, and business operations.
• Work with business units across the company on the technical implementation of privacy compliance including data mapping, privacy impact assessments, and rights requests, and support ongoing operations of these efforts from the Privacy side.
• Coordinate with business units regarding data breach and security incident response.
• Participate in regular Privacy, Compliance, and ITSC focused internal and externals audits, questionnaires, and vendor assessments.
• Support special projects as needed for the Privacy Office.
