Manager, Analytics – Insights

Data Analyst

• Collect, clean, process, and analyze potential and current clients’ pharmaceutical data – using SQL, R, Python, and MS Excel as appropriate – to support the Underwriting and Sales teams in the acquisition of new business and retention of current clients
• Thoroughly understand internal and external data fields, identify patterns of data irregularities, and improve data quality and intake
• Reach out to and question relevant parties regarding any data ambiguity and request any additional data elements that may be required or beneficial for analysis
• Assist in the writing and maintenance of the Underwriting infrastructure code in SQL, R, and Python

Underwriting Data Analyst

Business Development Rep

• Drive the sales strategy for Capital Rx’s suite of clinical programs end-to-end from prospecting through close.
• Proactively assess client data to identify opportunities, meet with account teams to qualify opportunities, and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and ROI analyses to prospects to drive clinical program sales.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to identify, engage, and close new clinical program opportunities.

Clinical Program Business Development Manager

IT Support

• Research end user issues independently, when needed, and document/develop a solution per company standards
• Develop additional MDM automation to facilitate user onboarding
• Identify MDM related company needs and create, configure, test and deploy management of user systems via MDM Software.
• Collaborate with internal partner teams to identify compliance, best practice, or other IT related policy needs within the cross functional existing processes and workflows; identify and present enhancements and deploy solutions to the business.
• Responsible for all onboarding and offboarding related IT activities, including system-wide access, purchasing and retrieving of equipment, upgrades, asset tagging, etc.
• Create Exchange rules to address spam/phishing emails as needed.
• Collaborate with the IT Engineering team to drive systemic improvements to email filtering system.

• Design and lead a comprehensive talent development strategy aligned with the company’s mission, values, and growth priorities.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on workforce development, organizational capability, and future skills.
• Build and maintain an enterprise-wide succession planning framework for critical roles, including readiness pipelines and targeted development plans.
• Partner with business leaders to identify, assess, and prepare future leaders; maintain bench strength reporting.
• Develop and roll out a company-wide career progression framework, including role families, levels, and growth paths.

• Develop, implement, and uphold policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the prior authorization processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals.
• Define and execute long-term goals to improve workflow and efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Lead or actively participate in cross-departmental initiatives to enhance overall business operations focusing on optimizing the integration and performance of Prior Authorization processes within the broader organizational structure.
• Ensure that Prior Authorization processes comply with regulatory standards, including URAC, NCQA, and federal and state guidelines, managing risks associated with compliance, regulatory audits, and industry certifications.
• Drive the development of KPIs and performance metrics for the PA department, ensuring that progress is measured against both departmental and organizational goals.
