About the role
- Support the intake and monitoring of new and amended federal and state laws
- Conduct preliminary research and summarize key regulatory changes
- Work with internal subject matter experts to identify impact of laws and regulations
- Assist with assessing regulatory changes
- Provide secondary support to stakeholders
- Support internal discussions to help form policies
- Maintain and continuously update the centralized repository of regulatory changes
- Support the Legal Team and Regulatory Change Management Lead on ad-hoc work
Requirements
- Demonstrated research, writing, and editing skills
- Attention to detail & commitment to delivering high quality work product
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience in PBM and/or Health Plan
- Experience in regulatory affairs or legislative analysis
- Proficient with Sharepoint and Microsoft Systems
