About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute high-volume cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and complex negotiable instrument processing
Maintain accuracy and comply with security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulatory standards
Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments
Identify client personal or business goals and recommend appropriate digital tools or banking solutions
Greet customers and provide hospitality-focused service throughout the branch
Support surrounding branches within a 50-mile radius and occasionally assist other regional locations
Adapt to flexible, business-driven schedule adjustments
Attend required training sessions, potentially outside the primary shift
Lift up to 25 pounds and stand or move for extended periods

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
At least 6 months of cash handling experience
Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Ability to attend all required training sessions
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and move/stand for extended periods
Regular and consistent attendance
Associate’s degree (Preferred Qualifications)
2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience (Preferred Qualifications)
Proficient in G-Suite (Preferred Qualifications)
Strong written and oral communication skills (Preferred Qualifications)
