About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a team of process managers in delivering flawlessly executed processes
Create and modify processes to improve business efficiency and drive results
Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to influence business outcomes
Monitor data trends and establish benchmarks or thresholds to ensure data integrity
Educate stakeholders and gain buy-in for appropriate process utilization
Create and validate processes
Design and produce efficiency and effectiveness metrics
Drive process improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes
Analyze, identify, and correct data issues in departmental systems
Provide process subject matter expertise in projects and meetings
Manage and lead a high-performing team of associates

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 2 years of experience in Process management
At least 2 years of experience in Project management
At least 2 years of experience in People management
Strong analytical skills
Attention to detail
Ability to adapt to a dynamic agile environment
Strong leadership skills
Ability to effectively communicate and influence partners across the company and multiple organizational levels
