About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, develop, and support Card Tech Finance associates
- Support specific leaders within the Card Tech organization
- Leverage financial insights to influence strategy, prioritization, and outcomes
- Analyze current financial results, socialize drivers and impact, and provide recommendations
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Tech organization and integrate into supported leadership teams
- Tell the story of financial results and forecasts in the context of business priorities
- Build relationships across the organization to deliver on Card’s agenda
- Communicate analytic insights through clear, high-impact, executive-ready presentations
- Attract, manage, coach, and develop direct reports
- Create connections across the team and organization to drive collaboration
- Own budget and forecast accuracy for areas of responsibility
- Evaluate analytical results and formulate recommendations using sound business judgment
- Analyze and explain key cost drivers and annual financial trajectory
- Provide strategic insights and suggest actions to business and finance partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- At least 7 years’ of experience in financial analysis & modeling
- At least 3 years’ of experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function
- At least 1 year of people management experience
