About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, develop, and support Card Tech Finance associates
Support specific leaders within the Card Tech organization
Leverage financial insights to influence strategy, prioritization, and outcomes
Analyze current financial results, socialize drivers and impact, and provide recommendations
Act as a strategic advisor to the Tech organization and integrate into supported leadership teams
Tell the story of financial results and forecasts in the context of business priorities
Build relationships across the organization to deliver on Card’s agenda
Communicate analytic insights through clear, high-impact, executive-ready presentations
Attract, manage, coach, and develop direct reports
Create connections across the team and organization to drive collaboration
Own budget and forecast accuracy for areas of responsibility
Evaluate analytical results and formulate recommendations using sound business judgment
Analyze and explain key cost drivers and annual financial trajectory
Provide strategic insights and suggest actions to business and finance partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 7 years’ of experience in financial analysis & modeling
At least 3 years’ of experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function
At least 1 year of people management experience
