About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Influence, manage, and own process management activities for Shopping, including PLA/PRA assessments, process and control creation and validation, and audit activities
Lead Shopping’s adherence to email governance, sanctions processes, external data sharing, and script governance
Lead risk assessments, solve problems to remediate issues, create efficiencies, and reduce risk
Document risks, results, and issues and work with internal partners on remediation plans
Partner with Shopping team leads and enterprise partners to ensure clear communication of project requirements
Serve as point of contact for risk and audit partners
Provide subject matter expertise on processes when representing the department in projects and meetings
Advise on risk, process, and data management requirements for new initiatives and Enterprise requests
Apply inquiry and analysis to make recommendations and decisions
Question the obvious, explore options, and develop alternatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
At least 2 years of experience in Process management
At least 2 years of experience in Project management
At least 2 years of experience in Relationship management

Preferred: Master’s Degree in Business Management, Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Communications, Computer Science or Information Systems
Preferred: At least 5 years of experience in Process management
