About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Set and drive overall product go-to-market strategy, execution, and commercialization across global Payments products
  • Define and manage product-related go-to-market activities from strategy through market readiness and launch
  • Work with cross-functional teams to set business commercialization strategies and ensure smooth commercialization of payments products
  • Set strategy and continuously improve and automate channels and platforms for product documentation and training in a risk-controlled environment
  • Lead go-to-market teams creating product toolkits, collateral, and training for Sales and end customers
  • Create a culture of effective risk management, accountability, and risk awareness
  • Develop strategic go-to-market strategies for critical products with domestic and international availability
  • Own go-to-market strategies and contribute to Payments business goals
  • Prioritize product go-to-market roadmaps while balancing trade-offs for effective market delivery
  • Collaborate within Payments and with client-facing, product, operations, and marketing stakeholders
  • Create vision and strategies for GTM product support and automation, including Product Library technology, access, usability, and channel utilization
  • Own commercialization and risk management processes, procedures, and controls for the Product GTM function
  • Identify opportunities to improve user experiences and product adoption
  • Anticipate marketplace, regulatory, and business changes and incorporate them into strategies
  • Understand business, data, and product needs with internal and external stakeholders
  • Evaluate market and competitive trends

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
  • At least 8 years of Marketing experience
  • At least 5 years of Project Management experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in people leadership
