About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own budgeting and forecasting for assigned areas
Deliver financial management analyses to support financial and business objectives
Contribute to and deliver presentations communicating results, outcomes, and actions to senior audiences
Provide transparency on costs and drivers and communicate risks and opportunities to budget targets
Address ad-hoc requests and special projects, including strategic long-term planning and product roadmaps
Manage and prioritize workload independently
Develop traditional FP&A and technical skills
Manage P&L performance and provide Card Leadership with financial insights to influence strategy and drive business outcomes
Build trusted relationships, including with senior leaders
Mentor junior associates

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 3 years experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, or a combination
Ability to formulate and articulate analytics and insights as a compelling financial story
Strong communication, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking skills
Preferred: Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Master’s Degree in Finance
Preferred: Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
Preferred: At least 4 years experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, or a combination
Preferred: At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or a combination
