About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead Partner Experiences in the Global Payment Network
Combine product design craft expertise, influence, and strategic thinking with customer and business understanding
Co-create innovative solutions to complex problems
Drive product strategy and contribute to a high-performing design team culture
Apply interaction, visual, and service design expertise
Help oversee and optimize appropriate tools, platforms, frameworks, and design systems
Develop artifacts including vision stories, journey maps, blueprints, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes
Lead, mentor, and consult with designers to mature the design discipline and build team culture
Shape product direction and outcomes using content design expertise, user insights, and business understanding
Drive alignment across product, technology, and business partners
Advocate for human-centered methodologies using data, research insights, and design expertise
Manage and shape the design portfolio based on products, processes, customers, competitors, and market trends
Own problem-solving approaches and balance competing priorities
Engage cross-organizational expertise to advance workstream projects
Present work across organizational levels and job functions to influence stakeholders and achieve results
Oversee end-to-end creative production, including motion, 3D, and digital content ecosystems
Build scalable systems delivering consistent, high-quality creative results

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 6 years of experience in a Product Design role
At least 6 years of experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership, process, results, and impact
Preferred: At least 8 years of experience in a Product Design role
Preferred: At least 8 years of experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
Preferred: Experience working with and contributing to an established design system
Preferred: Experience collaborating with product, tech, and business leaders
Preferred: Experience leading design projects or teams
Preferred: Experience working in heavily regulated, data-heavy problem spaces
