About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define multi-year strategic objectives and roadmap for the Card Partnerships agenda
- Translate executive intent into executable programs and initiatives
- Lead moderate to large-sized teams driving complex projects and programs
- Design, develop, and manage projects in a complex, dynamic environment
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget while managing risk
- Own executive-level communications, roadmaps, and reporting for senior leadership
- Establish engagement models with partners, legal/compliance, technology leads, business operations, and Accountable Executives
- Partner cross-functionally to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership for project delivery
- Build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure delivery commitments and well-managed obligations
- Direct the design and implementation of workflow solutions across the Partnerships delivery environment
- Drive continuous improvement in risk management using data, technology, and industry best practices
- Lead Operational Strategy and transformation for Partnerships Marketing Operations
- Own prioritization and delivery of servicing and marketing collateral
- Lead the customer communications delivery operation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- At least 7 years of Project Management experience
- At least 3 years of Financial Services experience
- At least 3 years of People Management experience
- Proven strategic leadership in a highly regulated environment
- Executive maturity and exceptional communication skills
- Ability to simplify complex project concepts for business audiences and influence outcomes without direct authority
- Strong track record of building, coaching, and managing high-performing teams
- Deep understanding of financial services products, risks, and operations
- Comfort navigating ambiguity, making high-stakes decisions, and prioritizing in a dynamic business context

- Master’s degree preferred
- 10+ years of Project Management experience preferred
- 5+ years of Financial Services experience preferred
- 5+ years of People Management experience preferred
