About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Direct complex optimization initiatives for control testing and operations as a senior individual contributor or indirect team leader
Modernize the risk framework by implementing AI, constructing digital ecosystems, and developing video resources
Collaborate with Operations, Tech, and Product units to roll out risk solutions, provide change management roadmaps, and uphold customer commitments
Manage business execution of control testing by following operational workflows and meeting SLAs for internal clients
Lead process improvement projects for control testing, including AI-enabled control authoring, control repair, and real-time dashboarding
Design, evolve, and maintain digital ecosystems, tools, templates, and job aides for governance, reporting, and proactive risk analytics
Create AI-enabled video and multimedia resources to simplify risk concepts, train teams, and improve control execution
Build cross-functional partnerships and execute change management roadmaps to onboard stakeholders to modernized risk processes
Gather and interpret control execution monitoring data to develop actionable recommendations and optimize business results
Partner with Product, Tech, Operations, and Enterprise Risk teams on controls and products
Provide subject matter expertise and indirect leadership or mentorship to project teams and onshore/offshore execution partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
At least 5 years of experience in Process Management, Project Management, or Risk Management
At least 3 years of experience in Control Execution, Control Testing, or Process Improvement
At least 2 years of experience leading cross-functional projects or acting as an indirect team lead/senior contributor
Proven ability to build relationships, influence partners without direct authority, and guide organizations through change management and process adoption
Ability to harness AI capabilities for control authoring, video creation, and dashboarding
Ability to translate technical concepts between Product, Tech, and Operations teams
Experience designing and maintaining digital ecosystems, workflows, and automated reporting solutions
Curiosity, problem-solving ability, and willingness to challenge the status quo
Familiarity with scaled agile or iterative frameworks
Strong multimedia content creation, presentation, storytelling, and risk communication abilities
Ability to leverage data to identify process bottlenecks, evaluate risk leverage points, and demonstrate ROI of risk management investments
