About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop business strategies driving growth, profitability, and competitive success for Capital One
Lead the end-to-end development of a high-visibility customer data product strategy
Develop and track key metrics to improve customer value and marketing and servicing decisions
Manage and develop multiple analysts; coach and mentor associates
Develop and implement product and pricing strategies for lending products
Lead product-level data modeling and analytics
Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and strategic intent for retail-channel products
Build targeted insights for new customer experiences, technology, and go-to-market strategies
Improve credit performance by analyzing consumer credit trends and historical behavior, creating risk models, and testing hypotheses
Manage and sequence business intent delivery, build business requirements, and execute product strategy
Oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently
Partner with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance, and other colleagues to improve quality, volume, service, and profitability

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree
At least 5 years of experience performing quantitative analysis
At least 5 years of experience performing qualitative analysis
At least 3 years of experience performing people management
At least 3 years of experience performing project management
Proven track record of analytics-based decision making and problem solving
Strong quantitative orientation for analytic marketing and credit risk management
Strong business judgment, leadership, and integrity
Ability to build and leverage high-performing teams and enterprise business partnerships
Strong executive written and oral communication skills
Strategic influencing, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Clear results orientation and ability to execute in uncertain, fluid environments
Successful track record in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and dynamic environment
Previous consulting experience is a plus
