About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain MADI processes, Site information, department distribution lists, and shared-drive best practices
Develop and maintain visual solutions using Jira data and project management tools
Identify inefficiencies, conduct root-cause analyses, and create actionable continuous-improvement recommendations
Assist with reporting key performance indicators to drive operational excellence
Develop knowledge of Agile, Project Management, and Risk Management processes while supporting teams
Support project plans for cross-functional teams to mitigate risk and meet delivery deadlines
Provide stakeholders with visibility into delivery targets, commitments, and progress
Collaborate with and influence stakeholders across organizational levels and partner teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 2 years of Process Management experience
At least 2 years of Project Management or Risk Management experience
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Preferred: 3+ years of Process Management experience
Preferred: 3+ years of Project Management or Risk Management experience
Preferred: 3+ years of Tableau and Structured Query Language (SQL) experience
Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills
Ability to influence without authority across cross-functional teams
Structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis approach
Strategic, end-to-end process-improvement thinking
Ability to navigate complex enterprise technology systems, data sets, and project tracking tools
