About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead delivery for high-priority strategic initiatives within Bank Voice Servicing
Own and improve innovative, scalable systems and processes for strategic planning and execution of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
Lead medium to large complex projects and provide strategic direction to team members in a matrixed environment
Partner cross-functionally with operations, analysis, HR, risk, communications, and other stakeholders
Provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to drive strategic planning and delivery
Communicate across all organizational levels and elevate key decision-points to leadership
Design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex, dynamic environment
Ensure programs and initiatives are appropriately documented to mitigate risk and support on-time delivery
Support the Change Delivery Team's project management, portfolio management, and associate/customer experience design and delivery functions

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 3 years of Project Management experience
At least 1 year of experience in Google Suite products
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience translating concepts into outcomes through structural frameworks and change management
Demonstrated problem-solving ability with complex projects and issues
Foundational knowledge of Retail Bank and Retail Small Business operating processes
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
Preferred: PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
Preferred: At least 4 years of Project Management experience
Preferred: At least 1 year of People Management experience
Preferred: At least 1 year of experience with Confluence and Jira
