About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the P&L for the Agency Finance segment of the Commercial Real Estate business
Conduct financial forecasting, reporting and presentation, and financial modeling
Serve as the first point of contact for key stakeholders, including executive business leadership
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial processes
Conduct analysis and drive outcomes, relevant insights, and action plans
Develop presentations for senior audiences to communicate insights and influence business and financial outcomes
Assess the financial implications of ongoing and proposed initiatives to optimize business performance
Foster trusted business partnerships and collaborate across FP&A teams
Own budgeting and forecasting for areas of responsibility
Deliver accurate and meaningful financial management analyses
Build and deliver presentations communicating key results, outcomes, and actions
Provide transparency on costs and drivers and communicate risks and opportunities to budget targets
Address ad-hoc requests and special projects
Independently manage and prioritize workload
Continuously develop traditional FP&A and technical skills

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, or a combination
Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills
Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Master's Degree in Finance (preferred)
At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, or a combination (preferred)
