About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the P&L for the Agency Finance segment of the Commercial Real Estate business
  • Conduct financial forecasting, reporting and presentation, and financial modeling
  • Serve as the first point of contact for key stakeholders, including executive business leadership
  • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial processes
  • Conduct analysis and drive outcomes, relevant insights, and action plans
  • Develop presentations for senior audiences to communicate insights and influence business and financial outcomes
  • Assess the financial implications of ongoing and proposed initiatives to optimize business performance
  • Foster trusted business partnerships and collaborate across FP&A teams
  • Own budgeting and forecasting for areas of responsibility
  • Deliver accurate and meaningful financial management analyses
  • Build and deliver presentations communicating key results, outcomes, and actions
  • Provide transparency on costs and drivers and communicate risks and opportunities to budget targets
  • Address ad-hoc requests and special projects
  • Independently manage and prioritize workload
  • Continuously develop traditional FP&A and technical skills

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, or a combination
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Master's Degree in Finance (preferred)
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, or a combination (preferred)
