About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the P&L for the Agency Finance segment of the Commercial Real Estate business
- Conduct financial forecasting, reporting and presentation, and financial modeling
- Serve as the first point of contact for key stakeholders, including executive business leadership
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial processes
- Conduct analysis and drive outcomes, relevant insights, and action plans
- Develop presentations for senior audiences to communicate insights and influence business and financial outcomes
- Assess the financial implications of ongoing and proposed initiatives to optimize business performance
- Foster trusted business partnerships and collaborate across FP&A teams
- Own budgeting and forecasting for areas of responsibility
- Deliver accurate and meaningful financial management analyses
- Build and deliver presentations communicating key results, outcomes, and actions
- Provide transparency on costs and drivers and communicate risks and opportunities to budget targets
- Address ad-hoc requests and special projects
- Independently manage and prioritize workload
- Continuously develop traditional FP&A and technical skills
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, or a combination
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills
- Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Master's Degree in Finance (preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, or a combination (preferred)
