About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive acquisition efforts within a performance marketing team with cross-channel responsibilities
- Serve as the paid media channel performer for a flagship product
- Contribute to paid media performance across assigned products and monitor performance against goals
- Propose, vet, and validate optimization recommendations from agency partners
- Ensure operational excellence in execution by the partner agency
- Contribute to and lead channel-level tests with measurement and partner agency teams
- Develop storytelling deliverables
- Identify tactical advancements within the current partner set and gain buy-in from key internal stakeholders
- Develop a testing agenda to validate advancements
- Partner with strategy and creative teams to provide creative briefings for asset development
- Stay current with advancements in digital marketing and industry-related topics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or military experience
- At least 2 years of experience with paid media platforms such as Meta, Google, or The Trade Desk
- At least 2 years of experience in planning, execution, and analysis of paid digital programs
- Hands-on experience in paid platforms, primarily focused on acquisition-based campaigns
- Passion for emerging trends across the digital marketing landscape
- Entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, leadership, creativity, and drive for results
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and changing priorities while maintaining accurate work
- Curiosity about consumer attitudes, behaviors, and trends and ability to draw marketing implications
- Highly effective communication, writing, editing, and presentation skills
- Strong working knowledge of Google Suite, including Sheets, Docs, and Slides
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
- Experience in financial services marketing
- Agency experience managing client and partner relationships or account management
- Google and Bing Ads certification preferred
