About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a visionary architect and empowering people leader for enterprise leadership programs
- Drive development of learning experiences for current and future leaders
- Inspire and oversee a team of Learning Experience Designers
- Manage the portfolio and prioritization of leadership and diversity, inclusion, and belonging programs
- Mentor designers in building customer-grade learning journeys across delivery modes
- Infuse artificial intelligence tools into design workflows to maximize efficiency, creativity, and scalable delivery
- Make strategic recommendations and build infrastructure that elevates enterprise learning
- Develop direct reports and set standards for learning design excellence
- Use a product mindset to iterate and improve curricula based on user insights, engagement analytics, organizational health metrics, and business outcomes
- Partner with program leads, department leadership, business leaders, and HR partners on prioritization and needs assessments
- Research, evaluate, and share market, industry, and landscape trends to influence adoption of innovative tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 3 years of people leadership experience
- At least 5 years of experience designing and developing learning experiences across digital and in-person learning and development environments
- Preferred: 5+ years of experience as a people leader leading Design teams
- Preferred: 7+ years of experience as a learning experience designer building and designing learning experiences across digital and in-person learning environments
- Deep expertise in adult learning in a large, matrixed organization
- Hands-on experience designing and developing learning journeys across all modalities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in ambiguity
- Strong connection to the learning and development field
- Ability to research, evaluate, and share relevant market, industry, and landscape trends
