About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Champion operational excellence and support the Product Development Lifecycle within the PULSE PMO
Monitor and maintain high data fidelity across Programs through User Stories in Jira
Build dynamic reporting and dashboards using Jira portfolio and execution-level data
Create monthly senior leadership presentation decks by synthesizing Jira and Google Drive data
Analyze data to proactively identify data risks and trends
Build partnerships with Product, Technology, and Intent Owners to clarify needs and provide solutions
Lead or engage in departmental and cross-functional organizational initiatives and projects
Influence cross-functional partners and support flawless project execution in an Agile environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 3 years of Process or Risk Management experience
At least 1 year of Continual Improvement experience
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Experience creating presentation decks for executive leadership
At least 1 year of experience using Jira to update data, run queries, and extract information
At least 4+ years of Process Management experience preferred
At least 1+ years of Project Management experience preferred
At least 1+ years of experience working with Product and Technology teams preferred
Process Management training and certifications (Lean, Six Sigma) preferred
