About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to projects, peers, and direct reports
Design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex, dynamic environment
Revise project plans to meet changing requirements
Ensure projects are appropriately documented to mitigate risk and delivered on time
Leverage problem-solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent
Partner cross-functionally with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership
Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver commitments
Drive project and program efforts through effective influencing
Establish structure for managing work in a dynamic, complex environment
Coach and develop a team of associates through leadership
Communicate and partner with stakeholders at all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 7 years of Project Management experience
At least 1 year of People Management experience
Master’s Degree preferred
At least 8 years of Project Management experience preferred
At least 3 years of People Management experience preferred
PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification preferred
