Key responsibilities & impact

Lead critical and strategic business projects with direct impact on the company’s bottom line
Work on large- and small-scale projects
Drive projects according to defined priorities, ensuring scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets are met
Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks and issues as needed
Plan, design, manage, and execute project plans through feasibility, design, planning, and implementation
Apply problem-solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation
Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership
Build relationships with key stakeholders and ensure delivery commitments
Identify opportunities to improve and streamline business processes
Establish structure for managing project work
Communicate and partner with stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes
Adapt to changing demands through organizational agility
Collaborate and provide consulting support

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 5 years of Project Management experience
Master’s Degree preferred
At least 7 years of Project Management experience preferred
PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification preferred
Strong project management track record
Outstanding communication and partnership skills
Organizational agility to adapt to changing demands
Strong consulting and collaboration skills
