About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop iOS client code solutions aligned with product strategy and engineering best practices
Partner with Software Engineers, UX/UI, Quality Engineers, Product Owners/Analysts to deliver high-performing customer experiences
Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure team commitments are delivered on time and with high quality
Advocate for the mobile platform through internal and external developer communities
Continuously learn mobile development technologies including Swift, Kotlin, and third-party libraries
Influence group discussions and incorporate broader team feedback
Mentor junior to mid-level team members
Collaborate with developers across Android, iOS, APIs, Web, and other disciplines
Own and lead delivery of major components and platform needs with senior engineers and Architects
Share best practices and improve processes across sprint teams
Identify technical obstacles and develop creative solutions with the team
Review pull requests and ensure adherence to Swift and other language idioms
Provide subject-matter-expert leadership for technical development of a mobile development team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree
At least 6 years of experience in software engineering; internship experience does not apply
At least 4 years of experience building iOS applications
At least 3 years of experience with Swift
Preferred: Master's Degree
Preferred: 7+ years of experience building iOS applications
Preferred: 4+ years of experience with Swift
Preferred: 4+ years of experience in open source frameworks
Preferred: 2+ years of experience with Agile practices
Preferred: 1+ years of people management experience
Experience leveraging interactive AI tooling beyond basic code completion
