Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher

- Located in the continental United States
- In-person attendance at the assigned location under Capital One's hybrid working model
- SQL and Python skills or willingness to learn these tools
- Strategic problem-solving, quantitative analytics, and communication skills
- Ability to use data analysis, technology, and human-centered design
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables
- Comfortable with ambiguity and new challenges
- Ability to collaborate in an inclusive team environment
- Ability to communicate ideas and priorities clearly
