Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher
Expected completion of the most recent full-time degree program by August 2028 or earlier
Must continue in the same course of study after the internship
Located in the continental United States
In-person attendance at the assigned location under Capital One's hybrid working model
SQL and Python skills or willingness to learn these tools
Strategic problem-solving, quantitative analytics, and communication skills
Ability to use data analysis, technology, and human-centered design
Ability to manage multiple deliverables
Comfortable with ambiguity and new challenges
Ability to collaborate in an inclusive team environment
Ability to communicate ideas and priorities clearly
