About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Operate as a Strategic Consultant and Customer-Centric Partner to auto dealers within the Capital One Sales Process
  • Partner with the Area Sales Manager and POD team members to develop and execute market strategies and achieve sales goals
  • Support POD sales efforts for the Navigator Platform and own the customer adoption and retention lifecycle
  • Drive process improvements aligned with customer outcomes and the Capital One Sales Process
  • Provide subject matter expertise on processes and the Navigator Platform
  • Troubleshoot product and process issues related to the Navigator Platform
  • Visit dealerships frequently in-market to foster relationships and execute the customer enablement cycle
  • Deliver specialized expertise during initial pitches and closing techniques
  • Own seamless setup, expert training, and strategic ROI conversations
  • Educate dealer stakeholders and gain buy-in to maximize technology and process value

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of experience in Process Management
  • At least 1 year of experience in Relationship management
  • Dedicated, disciplined sales professional who excels in a team environment
  • Expertise in process improvement
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to adapt to a dynamic agile environment
  • Ability to communicate and influence partners across the company and multiple organizational levels
  • Customer-centric approach with ability to train users and drive tool adoption
  • Ability to deeply understand the product and quickly troubleshoot technical issues
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the United States
