About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support modernization efforts across enterprise platforms for the Partnerships business
  • Lead portfolio conversions

  • Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment
  • Identify and resolve complex problems while mitigating product risks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a required degree expected by the scheduled start date
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing
  • Alternatively, Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
  • Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position
