About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Reimagine the status quo, identify value creation opportunities, and drive innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology
- Help advance Capital One's data consumption patterns and migrate a large financial ecosystem off the mainframe
- Rethink how batch data is onboarded and utilized at scale within the Card Data Consumption vertical
- Act as the strategic bridge for users while building toward a robust, self-service future state
- Champion the customer onboarding experience for thousands of historical batch consumers transitioning from legacy environments to the new data environment
- Minimize disruption during user migration
- Develop tooling and strategies to scale user migration
- Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing, with the required degree obtained on or before the scheduled start date
- Alternatively, Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience
- Quantitative field may include Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
- Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position
