About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute high-volume cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and complex negotiable instrument processing
Maintain accuracy and comply with security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulatory standards
Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments
Identify clients’ personal or business needs and recommend digital tools or banking solutions
Greet customers and provide warm, community-focused service
Balance efficient high-volume operations with hospitality
Support surrounding branches within a 50-mile radius and occasionally assist other regional locations
Attend required training sessions, including sessions outside the primary shift
Work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends, and adapt to schedule changes
Lift up to 25 pounds and stand or move for extended periods

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
At least 6 months of cash handling experience
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
Ability to attend all required training sessions
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand or move for extended periods
Regular and consistent attendance
Ability to adapt to business-driven schedule adjustments
Associate’s degree preferred
2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience preferred
Proficiency in G-Suite preferred
Strong written and oral communication skills preferred
