About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and leaders across the enterprise
- Identify cross-tower dependencies, resolve impediments, and keep teams moving forward
- Influence matrixed stakeholder teams through facilitation, negotiation, and mediation
- Navigate complex and sensitive assignments with little direction
- Lead short- and long-term strategic programs and planning

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 7 years of experience in project management, process management, or program management
- 5+ years of experience in strategy development (preferred qualification)
- 5+ years of experience in budgeting and labor strategy (preferred qualification)
- 6+ years of experience driving organizational change and operational excellence (preferred qualification)
- 3+ years of experience partnering with engineering and product teams (preferred qualification)
- Strong business judgment, leadership, and integrity
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience with complex analysis
- Ability to balance critical priorities across a wide range of responsibilities
- Experience developing executive-ready presentations and telling compelling stories through data
