Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 7 years of experience in project management, process management, or program management
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy development (preferred qualification)
  • 5+ years of experience in budgeting and labor strategy (preferred qualification)
  • 6+ years of experience driving organizational change and operational excellence (preferred qualification)
  • 3+ years of experience partnering with engineering and product teams (preferred qualification)
  • Strong business judgment, leadership, and integrity
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with complex analysis
  • Ability to balance critical priorities across a wide range of responsibilities
  • Experience developing executive-ready presentations and telling compelling stories through data
