About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner in transforming how millions of customers engage with their money
  • Improve the consistency, scalability, and adoption of payment experiences across platforms
  • Evaluate current processes, identify improvement areas, and implement solutions supporting business goals and customer needs
  • Work across product areas including Authorizations, Settlement, Disputes, Backoffice, Pricing, and Go-to-Market
  • Collaborate with technology teams to build acceptance criteria and identify research needs for future feature design
  • Break down business epics into features and user stories, driving teams toward minimum viable products
  • Use hypothesis-driven data assessment to ensure products and features meet business needs
  • Own and prioritize feature development roadmaps while managing risk
  • Conduct research and develop features using new and evolving technology in an agile environment
  • Collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists, subject-matter experts, and partner teams
  • Deliver well-managed product platforms by understanding technology trends and architecture strategy
  • Participate in horizontal forums and build relationships across technology, design, stakeholder, and partner teams
  • Articulate product roadmaps, deliver business value, and share results with stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • At least 1 year of product management experience, or at least 1 year in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
  • Preferred: 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer-facing digital products
  • Preferred: 1+ years working on core product platforms powering digital experiences
  • Preferred: 1+ years working with cross-functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process
  • Intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders
  • Bias toward action, organization, multitasking, and prioritization
  • Passion for customers and product development
  • Appetite for learning new technologies and humility when asking for help
  • Ability to work with diverse teams and establish long-lasting relationships
