Key responsibilities & impact

Lead programs that deliver on critical business goals and build large-scale products and platforms
Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the delivery lifecycle
Build and lead a world-class team of technical program managers
Lead technology-focused discussions with senior leadership and provide insights and recommendations guiding technology decisions
Grow and develop the TPM team and build the foundations for the TPM practice
Simplify technically complex topics and drive decisions across product, engineering, design, and data science
Drive execution, follow-through, accountability, and results
Collaborate across functions, organizations, and reporting boundaries to deliver outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree
At least 9 years of experience managing technical programs
Strong technical background, ideally building highly scalable platforms, products, or services
Experience building and leading a world-class team of technical program managers
Ability to identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the delivery lifecycle
Experience leading technology-focused discussions with senior leadership
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Excellent problem-solving and influencing skills
Quantitative approach to problem solving and systems-thinking orientation
Experience growing and developing a team of TPMs and building a TPM practice
Ability to simplify technically complex topics and drive decisions across product, engineering, design, and data science
Exceptional cross-team collaboration across functions, organizations, and reporting boundaries
9+ years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing
5+ years of experience building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing services or architecture, preferably AWS
5+ years of building and leading an experienced TPM team
5+ years of experience building highly scalable mobile products and platforms
5+ years of experience with Agile delivery
5+ years of experience delivering large and complex programs
Experience building systems and solutions within a highly regulated environment
MBA or Master’s Degree in a related technical field, or equivalent experience
