About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with technology teams to build comprehensive acceptance criteria and identify additional research needs
Break down business epics into features and user stories, driving teams toward minimal viable products
Use hypothesis-driven data assessment to ensure products and features address business needs
Own and prioritize feature development roadmaps while following risk-management processes and procedures
Conduct research and develop features using new and evolving technology in an agile environment
Collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists, and subject-matter experts to build customer solutions
Deliver well-managed product platforms by understanding technology trends and architecture strategy
Participate in horizontal forums and build relationships across technology, design, stakeholder, and partner teams
Articulate product roadmaps, communicate business value to stakeholders, and develop product-matter expertise

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or military experience
At least 1 year of product management experience, or at least 1 year in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
Demonstrated interest and aptitude for AI
Experience incorporating AI into personal projects, exploring AI-driven development environments, or building automations using AI agents is valued
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
Preferred: 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer-facing digital products
Preferred: 1+ years working on core product platforms powering digital experiences
Preferred: 1+ years working with cross-functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process
