About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operational professionals
- Manage unique and complex partners of strategic importance to the network
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on authorization and settlement applications
- Drive the full life-cycle of complex, cross-functional process improvements

Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 7 years of account management, operations or relationship management experience within the financial services or payments industry
- At least 4 years of people leadership and performance management experience
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
